Do you do home deliveries?
Save-U IGA is pleased to offer you home delivery service within Nipawin for $5.00 + GST.
Standard morning deliveries are from 11:00am to12:00pm and afternoon deliveries from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
We do not do deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
Will you shop an order on my behalf?
Yes, we accept phone-in orders, fax orders and email orders. Orders must total at least $20.
Orders must be received by 10:30am for morning delivery and by 4:00pm for afternoon delivery.
The $5.00 + GST delivery charge applies & a $5.00 + GST shopping fee. If you do not receive confirmation of your fax or email order please phone.
Will you special order an item that you donít usually stock?
Yes, we would be happy to research an item for you. Occasionally you may need to purchase
the entire case. This will be communicated to you before the item is ordered. When the item arrives, you will be contacted. You may speak to any of our staff or email Jarvis if you have a special request.
Are you able to accommodate large orders for my family reunion, wedding, funeral, etc?
Yes, in order to serve you well and to guarantee the quantities you require please submit your list at least a week prior to your event.
May I charge groceries?
It is store policy to only set up charge accounts for businesses or non-profits organizations. We do not charge to individuals. We do accept VISA, Master Card & American Express charge cards for your convenience.
May I write a post dated cheque?
No, it is store policy to not accept post-dated cheques.
How do I apply for employment at Save-U IGA?

You can print the above application form or there are application forms available for you at the store. If you prefer, you may drop off a resume. If we are not currently hiring your application form/resume will be kept on file.
When are you open statutory holidays?
We are not open New Yearís Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day or Boxing Day. We have chosen not to be open on these days in respect of family holidays and Canadian Veterans. All other statutory holidays we are open modified hours.
May I leave my groceries at the store for later pick up?
Yes, the cashier will write on your till receipt the quantity of bags or boxes you are leaving. Your till
receipt becomes your pick up slip when returning for your groceries. Please ensure you have your receipt with you.
May I have my groceries packed in boxes?
Yes, we have a box bin at the front reserved for customer wanting boxes for their groceries.
Will you save boxes for me for moving?
We have many customers who request their groceries be packed in boxes. As a result, we reserve our boxes for this purpose.
Do you sell gift certificates/cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards in any denomination, starting at $5. You can purchase them from the cashier.
